POSITION: Insurance Agent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and community engagement
• Quote, sell, and bind insurance policies (auto, home, life, and/or commercial)
• Conduct coverage reviews and recommend appropriate policy solutions
• Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations
• Ensure all applications and documentation are completed accurately and compliantly
• Build long-term client relationships to support retention and cross-selling opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain a license
• Experience in sales a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
